Social The Tale of Our Campus Cats

Since 2018(Even before, I guess), our campus has been home to two legendary feline residents.
One was a golden-yellow tabby affectionately named "Cheese," and the other, a charming mackerel-patterned tabby known as "Aegi" (meaning “baby” in Korean).
Beyond these two icons, countless other cats have graced our school grounds over the years. There was "Cream Cheese," a paler version of Cheese; "Hodong," a sleek black cat; and an endless parade of black-and-white tuxedo cats that seemed to thrive in the area of Erit-Apartment (Place behind dorm 1)'
As of now, Aegi remains the steadfast guardian of our campus. A beautiful white-and-gray cat has recently appeared, but when it comes to true loyalty and campus pride, Aegi stands unmatched.
Aegi isn’t just any ordinary cat—this little conversationalist has a unique way of connecting with people.
If left alone for too long, Aegi will meow persistently, almost as if trying to start a conversation.
And here’s the fun part: if you respond to Aegi’s meows, Aegi will reply back, making it feel like you’re having a real chat with this adorable campus companion!
You can often spot these furry friends around the sports field, near Dorm 8, or hanging out by the parking lot behind the International Hall.
They're not just cats—they're a part of our campus spirit.
