Hello everyone,

After coming to Korea for the first time, I had a very meaningful but emotional experience. Recently, I had to travel back to Sri Lanka for one week because my father had to undergo surgery. It was a sudden situation, and even though I was far away from home, I immediately decided to go and be with my family during that difficult time.

Being in Sri Lanka again after coming to Korea made me realize how much I miss my family and my country. I was worried about my father’s health, but thankfully, his surgery went well, and he is now recovering. I felt very thankful to the doctors, nurses, and my family members who took good care of him.

That one week reminded me of the importance of family support and love. It also made me stronger emotionally and more grateful for the people in my life. After returning to Korea, I felt more focused on my studies and daily life, knowing that my father is safe. This experience taught me how important it is to stay connected with family even when living abroad.
