I  had the chance to visit Myeongdong Street in Seoul, and it was an experience to remember! Known as one of the busiest and most vibrant areas in the city, Myeongdong is a haven for foodies and shopaholics alike. But for me, the highlight was definitely the incredible variety of street food.

As I walked through the bustling alleys, I was greeted by the mouthwatering aroma of freshly cooked delicacies. The food stalls were endless, offering everything from Korean classics to international treats. Here are a few of my must-try recommendations:
1. Tteokbokki – Spicy, chewy rice cakes drenched in a delicious red chili sauce. They were perfectly cooked and had just the right amount of heat.
2. Hotteok – Sweet Korean pancakes filled with cinnamon, sugar, and nuts. Watching them being made fresh on the griddle was a treat in itself.
3. Grilled Lobster – A luxurious snack with melted cheese on top. It’s pricier than most street food, but so worth it for seafood lovers!
4. Gyeranbbang – Egg bread that’s soft, fluffy, and slightly sweet. It was the perfect comfort food on a chilly evening.
5. Korean Fried Chicken – Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated with a sticky, sweet-spicy sauce. Myeongdong does it best!
If you’re in Seoul and looking for an unforgettable food adventure, Myeongdong is the place to be. Just make sure to go with an empty stomach because you’ll want to try everything!
