They just announced the Gemini 3.5 Flash model and a significant update to their coding tool, Antigravity, which now finally supports CLI.

I had been holding off on using Antigravity because it lacked a CLI, so I was excited to jump in. To be honest, my first impression of the CLI wasn't great—I ran into login issues right away and kept getting "model not found" errors. Also, the new GUI feels a bit too similar to Codex, which was slightly disappointing for me.

Interestingly, Antigravity now supports models from other companies, like OSSS:120b, Opus 4.6, and Sonnet 4.6, which is quite unusual for Google. However, my main focus was Gemini 3.5 Flash.

After testing it, I found it surprisingly better than the previous 3.1 Pro. It’s incredibly fast, and the output quality is very satisfying. This experience has made me even more excited for the upcoming Gemini 3.5 Pro.
