Food & Drink Shabu Shabu by Busan’s Shore

Last weekend, I went on a delightful trip to Busan with some of my friends. We had one thing on our minds — a buffet! I had always wanted to try an all-you-can-eat place, and my Korean friend suggested a Shabu Shabu restaurant that he claimed would blow our minds. And he wasn’t wrong.
As we stepped inside, the aroma hit us first — warm, comforting, and full of promise. The menu was a feast on its own: tender beef, an endless variety of vegetables, crispy chicken fries, fresh fruits, creamy ice cream, and more. But what truly made it special?
Have you ever cooked your own food at a restaurant, in a bowl of steaming soup, surrounded by friends and laughter?
That’s the magic of Shabu Shabu. Two different soups bubbled at our table, inviting us to dip in vegetables and thin slices of beef, letting the flavors blend right before our eyes. We wrapped the cooked items in rice paper, and every bite felt like a celebration. The best part? Whenever we thought we were done, we found ourselves refilling our plates, again and again.
As we ate, the restaurant's ocean view unfolded in front of us — the gentle waves, the golden light. Could a meal get any better than this? That day in Busan wasn’t just about food. It was about moments, flavors, and memories that will stay with me forever
