As a vegetarian, it may seem challenging to participate in a class that traditionally features meat-heavy dishes such as bulgogi (불고기) , a Korean-style marinated beef, and seafood pancake (해물파전). Me and my friend got a chance to join a cooking class in ewha women's University . The instructor, a friendly and knowledgeable local chef, provided me with a variety of alternative ingredients to replace the meat and seafood components. Throughout the class, the instructor was attentive and patient, offering guidance and tips to ensure that each participant was successful in creating the dishes. By the end of the session, I was impressed with the quality of the food that we had prepared, and I felt confident in my ability to replicate the recipes at home.
