This winter, I had the opportunity to travel to Asan for a business trip on the day Korea saw its first snowfall of the season. Taking the national road from Chuncheon to Asan, I was surrounded by breathtaking views of mountains on both sides. The trees and slopes were blanketed in soft, white snow, creating a peaceful and picturesque winter scene. The delicate snow on the branches and the serene atmosphere felt almost magical, making the journey unforgettable.

Korea is truly unique for its distinct four seasons, each offering its own charm. Spring brings pastel cherry blossoms, summer is vibrant with green landscapes, autumn dazzles with fiery foliage, and winter transforms everything into a snowy wonderland. The dramatic beauty of these seasonal changes makes even the simplest moments feel extraordinary.

That day, as I admired the snow-covered mountains and quiet surroundings, I felt grateful for the beauty of winter in Korea. It’s these moments that remind me how special it is to live in a place where nature changes so vividly throughout the year.
