Today, my husband and I took our first ever KTX ride from Yongsan to Gwangju, and it was such an exciting experience. We had heard so much about Korea’s high speed trains, but actually being on one was something else. The moment we stepped into the station, we were amazed by how modern and efficient everything was. Boarding was quick, and the train left exactly on time something that really impressed us.

As soon as we settled into our seats, we could feel the smooth acceleration. The ride was unbelievably quiet and comfortable. The large windows gave us stunning views of the countryside, with beautiful mountains and small villages passing by in a blur. It was amazing how fast we were going, yet it felt so relaxing. The seats were spacious, and we even had a small table to enjoy some snacks we bought before boarding.

One of the best parts was the convenience. In just about two hours, we reached Gwangju without any hassle. Compared to a long bus ride, the KTX saved us so much time and energy. It really made us appreciate how advanced and well-maintained Korea’s transportation system is. We could chat, watch videos, and just enjoy the journey without worrying about traffic.

Overall, our first KTX trip was an unforgettable experience! If you're in Korea and haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend it. It's fast, comfortable, and super convenient. We’re already planning our next train trip maybe to Busan next time.
