Do you know Go (Baduk)? I recently picked it up again as a hobby. 

The rules are simple, but the game itself is very deep, so it stays engaging the more you play. 

There are also a lot of online platforms where you can easily play matches, which makes it even more convenient.

I’ve been using mobile app called 'BadukPop Go', and it does a good job of teaching the basics step by step, so it’s worth trying at least once. Highly recommended.
