Health & Wellness Real Food vs. AI Images

Lately, I’ve noticed something really interesting while looking at restaurant menus and food delivery apps. AI image generation has become so advanced that it's getting harder to tell if a food photo is real or just an AI-generated picture.
Sometimes, a dish looks absolutely perfect—the lighting is flawless, and the texture looks incredibly crisp. But when you look closer, something feels just a bit too perfect, almost unnatural. It’s a bit confusing because when we order food, we expect to see what the actual dish looks like, not a digital masterpiece.
While it's amazing how realistic AI art has become, it also makes me hesitant. I find myself wondering, "Will my food actually look like this when it arrives?" It feels like we need a new skill just to filter out real food photos from AI ones these days.
