As we know that the COVID-19 pandemic has spread throughout the world and has caused a lot of impacts, both politically, economically, and socially. Although the growth of COVID-19 cases itself has also decreased compared to before, it does not make us careless about this condition. Therefore, through this writing I want to provide several ways to protect ourselves in order to survive from COVID-19 Pandemic. First is our health. Health is the most important thing to get through the COVID-19 Pandemic where it attacks our lungs. In maintaining our health, we need to consume nutritious foods accompanied by exercise and adequate sleep and the most important thing is not to smoke. Often people ignore this because they feel healthy even though their lifestyle is unhealthy which makes their immune system decrease which in turn makes them more susceptible to COVID-19. The second is to reduce non-essential activities outside the home. As we know, COVID-19 is spread in the air through droplets. For that, in order to reduce the spread, we need to directly reduce activities outside which can be substituted. For example, usually holding face-to-face meetings will be replaced by using video calls. And lastly, don't stress. Stress is itself a source of many problems that can make a person's life not good. Stress itself can also have a bad impact on health because people often neglect their mental health. Therefore, don't think too much that the COVID-19 Pandemic continues to endanger our lives but is turned into a positive concept if it can become a stumbling block for us so that we can take care of ourselves for the better.
