Hello everyone,

I’m thrilled to share that my husband arrived in South Korea from Sri Lanka last Monday. It has been a long awaited moment for both of us, and I couldn’t be happier to finally have him here. Adjusting to life in a new country can be challenging, but having him by my side makes everything feel more complete.

Since his arrival, we have been exploring Chuncheon together, and he is slowly getting used to the weather, food, and daily life here. South Korea is quite different from Sri Lanka, especially with the winter season, but he is adapting well. We’ve also been trying out some warm Korean dishes to help with the cold.

As I continue my master’s studies at Hallym University, his support means a lot to me. Balancing academic life and personal life can be tough, but having a loved one nearby brings extra motivation. I’m excited to share my experiences with him and introduce him to my friends and university community.
