Hello everyone,

This week, I experienced something quite uncomfortable a sudden earache that became worse by evening. At first, I thought it might just be a little irritation, but as the pain increased, I realized I needed medical attention. Living in a foreign country can sometimes make health issues more stressful, especially when you're not fluent in the local language.

Luckily, I found a clinic nearby and was able to see a doctor quickly. After a short checkup, the doctor diagnosed me with a middle ear infection and prescribed antibiotics and pain relief medicine. The pharmacy gave clear instructions, and I was relieved to know exactly how to take the medicine. Within two days, I could already feel the pain reducing. I’m truly thankful for how fast and efficient the Korean medical system was.

One thing I learned is how important it is to listen to your body and not ignore unusual pain, especially in areas like the ear. It could be something small or something that gets worse quickly if left untreated.

I just wanted to share this experience in case it helps someone else. If you’re a student or foreigner in Korea, don’t hesitate to visit a clinic if something feels wrong. Many clinics are foreigner-friendly and willing to help. Also, keeping a medicine pouch, some warm compresses, and painkillers can be useful for unexpected health issues.

Feeling much better now and thankful for the care I received. Health is truly wealth take care of yourselves.
